	RIGID AND DURABLE

"RHINO" DUROCOR Sheets are rigid and durable due to the special formulation of high quality raw materials used in their manufacture. Asbestos Fibre, being inorganic and inert, contribute to the durability of FIBRE CEMENT Sheets. Paradoxically, the sheets gain further strength with ageing and thus withstand extreme weather conditions.

	NON CORROSIVE

Chemical, acid fumes and gases do not corrode "RHINO" DUROCOR Sheets. Vermin and rodents also cannot damage them.

	NON COMBUSTIBLE & FIRE PROOF

"RHINO" DUROCOR Sheets are non-combustible and their strength is not affected even at a temperature of 100 'C (212 'F). Thus they serve as a barrier to the spread of fire during fire accidents. The THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY of "RHINO" DUROCOR Sheets is very low (0.22KCal/hr.m'c). This ensures that they allow much less heat to pass through than other conventional building materials, since lower the thermal conductivity, higher the heat resisting capacity of a material.

	IMPERMEABLE & LEAK PROOF

Due to their high density, "RHINO" DUROCOR Sheets are impermeable to water and hence are leak proof. Heavy and torrential rains neither affect the strength nor limit the use of "RHINO" DUROCOR Sheets.

	RESISTANCE TO HIGH VELOCITY WINDS

"RHINO" DUROCOR Sheets can withstand high velocity winds, cyclones and typhoons at high altitudes when laid in accordance with the specified Code of Practice for laying of FIBRE CEMENT Sheets.

	ACCOUSTIC INSULATION

"RHINO" DUROCOR Sheets dampen both sound and mechanical vibrations and provide better comfort inside houses, office, school sheds, etc.
